We have been caring for children in the Alexandria - Mount Vernon, Virginia area since 1991. Our childcare center provides a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for infants through 12 years of age. We are dedicated to teaching children values such as respect of self and others, honesty, forgiveness, and an appreciation for learning in order to foster character development and a positive self-esteem, and to enhance their overall social, emotional, and cognitive development.

We take very seriously the care and well-being of the children with which we are entrusted. Their safety is our primary concern, followed by providing them with the love and nurturing that all children need. We consider ourselves a loving extension of your family.

Our Philosophy

We view each child as a unique and special person with his or her own pattern and timing of growth. As caregivers we are devoted to providing a wealth of opportunities for discoveries, stimulating experiences, problem solving, and accomplishments. Our philosophy is based on the belief that all areas of a child's development (social, emotional, physical, and cognitive) are integrated.

We believe that optimal development in all areas is derived from a positive, supportive, and individualized relationship with adults.
