Try and download the ActiveX component and install it manually if your browser will not install it. Download here.

Try and change your settings and enable ActiveX components. Some browsers have higher security settings and will not install third-party ActiveX components.

You can also try and download and install a different browser. Some browsers work better with the Axis cameras.
