Capital Kids Child Day Care, Inc. is looking for highly qualified individuals to fill the following positions. Through the Virginia State Child Care Council, applicants are required to meet the following minimum standards for licensed child care facilities:

  • Of good character and reputation
  • Capable of carrying out assigned responsibilities
  • Capable of accepting training and supervision
  • Capable of communicating effectively both orally and in writing as applicable to the job responsibility

Staff who work directly with children shall be capable of communicating with emergency personnel and understanding instructions on a prescription bottle. All staff will be CPR certified.

All applicants will be screened through our standard policy programs including acceptable clearance through Child Protective Services and a Virginia State Police criminal background check and pre-employment drug-testing. All forms will be provided to you at time of interview.
